Interview
Two in person interviews that lasted about 40 minutes. The first interview was with the Chief Prosecutor and the Chief Deputy Prosecutor and the second was a panel of four interviewers. They asked relatively standard questions and appreciated when I asked for them to expand upon the job responsibilities. The Chief Prosecutor also personally called to tell me that I did not get the job, while encouraging me to apply again in the future.

Interview
I was met by two ladies, HR Director and HR Administrator, who did the interview. They asked to review the job description and then asked which duties I was able to relate to from my current position. They asked a couple of situational questions, as well as whether or not I had any experience with some of their systems. I'm currently waiting to hear whether or not I'll be a final candidate to come in for a second interview.

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Hamilton County, Indiana (Noblesville, IN) in June 2015
Interview
The process was lengthy, but comprehensive. Two interview panels asked questions in two separate interviews. The number of applicants was significant, so it was reasonable based upon the pool of qualified applicants. The interview questions were of a personal nature more so than of a programmatic nature. Knowledge and understanding about the unique nature of each of the distinct communities is a must.
