I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hamilton Public Library (Hamilton, ON) in Mar 2019
Interview
I went to a room with chairs and desks where a supervising manager of sorts and front-desk person took turns asking me questions and clarifying and such. Note I will say 'I accepted the job' for the sake of completing the info on 'glassdoor'/ 'being in the vein of optimism' but keep in mind, how as of this being typed I am not sure if I was picked. I place the interview within the 'very easy' to 'average' range given how I felt comfortable enough to speak organically and with little mental 'back-peddling'.
