2 stage interview - one with HR and one with HR plus Head of Marketing.
One was task based, the other a conversation. both interviews were fully remote. The task was around the brand and 3/6/9 month plans for promoting the centre. Pretty straightforward.
Thourough, covered all details expected, good scenario and presentation piece. didnt sell the company to me. Could be better promotion of a company if its worth joining. video call was poor quality

Biggest obsticle had to overcome and how it was achieved.
Competency based, long, first round interview with usual questions. Then a presentation based interview and further questions relating to why you put what in presentation. Presentation theme was very broad and not overly difficult.
