Interview
The interview process took 1.5 days. I met with everyone in the department, the Dean of Faculty and the College President. I was invited to breakfast with members from the Faculty Affairs Committee (promotion and tenure related) and lunch with students from the department. I was also asked to give a sample lecture on my research, but geared towards a general audience (non-technical). It was a busy schedule, but everyone I met was very nice and easy going.

It was very open, friendly, and they did not take long to get back to me. It was more of a chat than being in the hot seat. It was a process where I found out how both I and HSC could be of mutual benefits to each another.
