Hampshire Trust Bank interview questions

First, arranged a call with HR, then took the aptitude test, and then had a conversation with the Hiring Manager. Was rejected after the HM stage, but got proper feedback for the interview and the reason for rejection. HR and HM are both nice to talk to. Had a nice experience with the whole interview.

3 steps. First is the Initial screening with HR. Then an assessment online. Finally a final interview with senior management . Just have good motivations and be able to explain what you can contribute.
