i applied through craigslist as a Hand & stone was being built near where i live. I received an email a couple days later asking to come in for an interview. I had to re schedule my first interview which the spa manager was so nice & understanding about. I came in and went over my availability, my previous jobs, & my resume she had. She told me we would be in touch. That day she emailed me asking for my pervious job references which i then email to her. The next day i got an email saying i was hired & to come in and fill paperwork & Training for everyone would follow the following week before the grand opening.

Pretty standard questions for an interview. I didn't find it that hard or surprising. Just come prepared with customer service stories and how you can multi-task multiple priorities. You will be working the front desk while scheduling appointments, and managing the back as well.
