I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Handepay (Nottingham, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
I applied on line and within 2 days received a phone call inviting me to have a brief chat, I was available to talk so we did the telephone interview then, I think it took about 15 minutes. At the end the girl said she thought I would be suitable to be put forward for the formal interview. I received a call the next day confirming the time and location of the interview with the Regional Sales Manager, which was the next week.
I met the RSM at a location not too far away from my home, I think the interview maybe ran on a little longer than it normally would, but I found it easy chatting. I found the interview constructive, obviously question with reference to my work ethics and my experience in sales etc. The RSM said she would let me know asap either way if I had got through to the next stage.
I received a phone call the same day inviting me to arrange a skype call with the Sales Director, this took place a couple of days later.
The RSM called me the next day and informed me I had been successful, followed by official emails offering me the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The Sales Director asked "If you have been in the Industry so long, how come you haven't applied before with us?"
(Good question caught me off guard)

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Handepay (Haydock, England) in July 2018
Interview
I was referred by a current employee. I had a telephone interview to begin which consisted of related questions to the role. Once passed I was invited to a face to face interview with recruitment and what would be my regional manager. They where very friendly and covered again all relevant subjects. None of this if you could be a animal what would you be rubbish.
