The interview process involved a series of 3-4 meetings; the majority being via phone or video chat. Although I'm use to traditional processes of having multiple in-person interviews, I found this process to be through in ensuring no time was being waisted in determining my qualifications for the role.

Steer clear. Interviewers are constantly late. Started off with a phone screen by a recruiter followed by another thirty-minute call with the recruiter. Later moved to a one-on-one round, then a panel interview with multiple people which lasts around two hours. Interviewers ask all the same questions differently phrased! Before the final round must complete an assignment. Waste of time, energy, and effort. No need for so many rounds, can be cut in half.

The process was very straightforward and the recruiter, was very responsive and didn't leave you hanging for long periods between interviews. The process was very friendly and humanizing. I felt like the process gave me a good feel for what it would be like to work there.
