Hankook Tire interview questions

I first had a phone screening and then a video interview. My phone screening lasted all of 6 minutes and had the basic questions of if i knew where the position was located, pay, and if I was still interested. I was scheduled for 20 minutes for the video interview. Honestly, this is where I decided that I did not want to continue. The recruiter logged on a few minutes late and seemed to rush through the interview. She did not give me any time to ask questions about the company. She also asked questions that seemed to try to probe into my personal life, masking them into small talk. The entire video interview lasted maybe 12 minutes.

The hiring process includes a phone screening, Zoom interview, and in-person interview completed within three weeks, with questions assessing candidates’ basic accounting knowledge and understanding of fundamental financial principles concepts.
