I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hannaford (Glens Falls, NY) in June 2013
Interview
Did not go in to interview with a specific job in mind, when I arrived, the asked me a couple of basic questions then said they would hire me and asked what department i wanted to work in. They suggested the deli because they needed help in that department so I agreed. They told me they were holding a new hire orientation in a couple hours so that same day i was oriented and ready to work. Very simple and quick process.
