Interview
They were heavily recruiting for summer employees. I heard about it so I went into the store to fill out an application. Filled it out in person and handed it in. Within a couple days I got a phone call asking if I'd come in for an interview. The interview was very straightforward and easy, though there were of course questions about like "what's appealing to you about working here?" that you have to come up with an answer other than "money" for, but that's pretty standard for all retail positions.
Simple interview, called in and went through usual question procedure, asking about me and what I did before working there and what makes me qualify over someone else to get the job

Interview
Applied online using the company's website. I then visited the store to inquire on the status of my application a few days later. Finally, I interviewed with hiring manager at the store that I had applied to.

Interview
Asked a few questions about how I found out about the job, what my skills were, and where I wanted to work in the store. The position I initially applied for was no longer available, so I ended up accepting a position in the deli.
