The interview process was straightforward and conversational. It included an initial discussion about my technical background, day-to-day responsibilities, and experience managing infrastructure, cloud platforms, and user support. The focus was on problem-solving, system administration, and how I handle escalations, automation, and process improvement. Overall, the process was professional and gave a clear understanding of the role and expectations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
“What is your experience with managing hybrid cloud infrastructure and automating IT processes?
Applied 3/2024. Offered 10/2014. Wow.
After being offered the job, I promptly provided all requested documentation (W-2s, pay stubs, and offer letters) to verify my past employment. However, I was informed that the third-party verification company (Vetty) was unable to verify my employment despite my efforts to supply all necessary records.
Given that I provided all available documents, including those requested multiple times, I’m confused as to why the offer was ultimately rescinded. It seems there may have been an agenda behind this decision, and I’d appreciate further transparency on why my documents were insufficient and why the background check could not be completed successfully.

Question 1
How do you implement S&OP
Wish the question was how do you deal with inept HR.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hans Kissle (Haverhill, MA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was very welcoming and made you feel they wanted you right there and then. But, then would take forever to get back to you whether you got the job or not. The on-boarding was good since you got a chance to see how all the departments work.
