Hansa Cequity interview questions

This was a referral, interviewer started 1.5 hours late. Didn’t ask much questions just basic current role know-how, and in just 5 mins told me that the job title is requires a lot more expertise than what I had and said another department could use my expertise and left. 20 mins later, HR came and told me to go home stating a callback will be arranged in upcoming day or two which never did and kept me hanging without any revert. Asking around the employees, the company doesn’t actually use good or high level of techniques / algorithms yet act high and mighty during the interview process.

Was through placement and was well planned . Had an aptitude test with mathematical questions followed by interview which included both technical and he questions. It was well planned and organised
