I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hansen Technologies (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Applied through Linkedin before Christmas and the HR people contacted me at the start of the year. I had 2 calls with different HR people and then one with the actual manager.
Friendly HR guys, the actual hiring manager seemed nice at the start but it lost me after of listening for a while the story of the company which made the interview to overun and it made me feel rush. Some red flags as it looks the team to manage is just left or are leaving for different reasons, so made me feel weary. Sadly a shame because the role seemed on paper interesting and a good company to work for. I'm still waiting for a reply after 2 weeks too, so I assume I didn't pass their selection.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
After the long expose of what the company does, I was asked to tell about my work career but not recite my CV, and then was rushed to it when the interviewer noticed the time, some questions about what do you react or dealth with when a team member is not performing, what's your management style.
