I applied online. I interviewed at Happen Bank (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied online twice. I had applied online BEFORE server all of my friends did they all got called the same day they applied I got called the Sunday after on a Sunday night by the senior recruiter after a 15-20 min phone she sounded so positive that I would be perfect for this position before even finishing the questions she had already asked me to come in for a face to face interview. Keep in mind that some positions say that you need a degree BUT don't they hiring base on how you think you would do cause they passed up on 2 people who had a BS and an AA
The interview process was dumb. You met with 3 people the senior recruiter and 2 member supervisors. During the interview they had a room where you would come in talk to the senior recruiter after she would leave she would leave and go grab the first member support supervisor obviously having a person sit in a room alone your nerves starting to kick in. So once the supervisor came in he didn't even bother introducing himself like he had already decided that he wasn't going to hire me. He came in shook hands and then sat down. Then he goes " btw my name is so and so" I was taken aback on how he was grilling me on why I would be a good fit for the job . First of all this is for a phone based position not customer facing position. As long as a am able to pick up a muti line phone and be nice to customers on the phone then I should be a good fit for this position I work in the banking field so if I can do it face to face then I should be able to do it on phone. After this interview the second interviewer came in didn't ask me ANY job related questions. like they has already made the decision not to hire me.
I was suppose to get a call back within 24 hours from the interview per the recruiter but didn't I waited one week before emailing her asking for an update and telling her that I was still interested in the position SHE DIDNT REPLY TO ME UNTIL 5 days later telling me the hiring manager decided to pick someone else. Instead of telling me early in the week she strung it long for 5 days.

Interview
The interview process was timely and organized. I interviewed with two different people. The only thing I did not like was the interview questions. I don't feel like they should be so vague and annoying.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about a goal that I had had and what helped me achieve it, or if I didn't achieve it, what kept me from achieving it.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Happen Bank (San Francisco, CA) in June 2018
Interview
Recruiter called for a phone screen, she was late to the appointment. Rushed through the phone screen and didn't seem to care what I had to say. Followed up with email a week later, still no reply; not even a rejection email. No courtesy, I got the message.

Interview
I first applied in September. The recruiter called me wanting to do a quick phone interview to know my background. It went well. She mentioned that the member support role was filled at the moment and no longer looking for candidates but she mentioned that there is a project coordinator role that matches my resume and told me to email her if I am interested.
A day later I sent out an email reaching out my interest on the role. 2 days passed no reply, I sent out another email thinking she missed it. Again, No reply.
Now recently she called me in Dec telling me that the member support role was open again and wanted me to come in for an interview. So I took that chance.
When I got to Lending Club. I had to sign in with the receptionist. Waited for the recruiter to come get me and bring me to the room. She gave me advice for the interview and told me to be myself.
She left and a few min later the first Member Support lead came in to interview me. She was super nice, bubbly and energetic. I spent about 30 min interviewer with her. There were a few laughs here and there. I thought I did well.
She left and the 2nd Member Support lead came in. With her, my interview felt like 5 minutes. From what I remember she only asked me 3-4 questions. She was quick and went to the point. She seemed nice but not as energetic or happy as the first one. She just went straight to the point. I felt I could've done better. After the interview was the waiting game.
A week later I reached out to the recruiter asking what the status of my application is at. If they are considering me or going with other candidates. Again no reply, then a few days later I emailed. No reply. Its been alomost 3 weeks and I tried one final time. thinking maybe theyre on PTO since it was the holidays and AGAIN. No reply.
During the interview they were saying how they're all about growing, getting better and using feedback to improve. I read in the past reviews that one person also didnt get an email back.
Here is some feedback. When a candidate is applying, at least let them know that they didn't qualify for the position. Also, the recruiter can work on her communication skills. She seems to never respond. this also happened to other folks that I know that applied.
Seems like a nice place to work at but oh well... I would've been ok with me not getting the job. More upset that they didn't get back to me and the lack of communication.
