Manager very nice during interview. Interview was average. Another teammate sat in on interview . The job seemed like it was an opportunity to learn new things . The pay was low, but learning new knowledge would make the job desirable..

I would not get a raise till 1 1/2 years after starting at Harbin due to start date late in the year. Salary was already very low. No raise for 1.5 years.
