I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Harbor Freight Tools (Joliet, IL) in Oct 2012
Interview
The interview was conducted at a job fair they had sponsored in regards to the opening of a new store locally. Prior to the beginning of the actual fair some of their members started quizzing us on what we were looking for from their company and what attributes we would bring to the table. Once the actual fair began we were advised that there were no full time or managerial positions that were open. We were told that we would all be entry level. Jobs such as cashier and stock personnel were the only jobs offered during the interview process.
