Interview questions [1]

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Harbor House (Kankakee, IL) in Apr 2010
Interview
You apply and wait and wait. When they finally get around to remembering that they posted a position to be filled, they contact you for an interview off site, as they want to keep the address of the place a secret. You sit in the interview with two people with NO HR skills or training (as evident by their questions). If they like you, get a second interview where another idiot asks you a bunch of stupid questions...trying to feel out your political views and such. They asked a few questions about education and experience but nothing different from the first interview. I think they are looking to employ other abused women or women who hate men, rather than women with a balanced and realistic view on male/female interactions. I accepted an offer but didn't stay very long at all.

Question 1
No real difficult questions. No real reason for a second interview.
