I attended a hiring event. It was a three part interview that consisted of a group panel interview, a liquor knowledge test, and a mock service to the hiring manager. During this interview you were able to get a feel of the hard rock culture by meeting many employees from different departments of the company. The panel interview was not your typical interview questions as this is an entertainment based company. They asked questions that would not normally be asked relating to the entertainment industry.

Group style interview process- They take you into a large room and interview you panel style with a room full of about 30- 45 other people. They go around and ask basic interview questions that you answer on the spot in front of everyone. Then they leave to deliberate and come back and eliminate girls. Then those who are left move on to the next round where you have to demonstrate your ability to walk with a tray and call out for drinks in front of others. Then they will let you know if they think you have what it takes to work there or not.
