Harding's Markets interview questions

The store manager conducted the interview. They asked all the standard questions and the inter view went fairly quickly. They offered me the position once the inter view was over.

I was called and told they'd like me to come in and have a formal interview. I went in the next day and instead of an interview, I sat down with the day manager and she just told me about the job. I was only asked basic questions such as if I was attending or had graduated from school.
