Hardinge interview questions

Was interviewed by a manager for a cnc machinist position. Process was average, applied, got interviewed, job offered. I declined because the pay was substantially lower than other local companies. In some cases almost ten dollars lower. Seems like a nice place however pay isn't worth it.

The process was smooth. It took around 3 weeks. Had one video call interview with the hiring manager and later get invited for one in-person interview with the hiring manager and engineering director. Hardinge is offering a very low salary than other companies
