The interview process included a prescreen phone call, a follow up phone interview with 2 interviewers, followed by an in person interview. Overall it was pretty standard and straight forward but time consuming.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hardinge (Elmira Heights, NY)
Interview
Was interviewed by a manager for a cnc machinist position. Process was average, applied, got interviewed, job offered. I declined because the pay was substantially lower than other local companies. In some cases almost ten dollars lower. Seems like a nice place however pay isn't worth it.
