I applied online, received a phone call that acted as a screening interview asking basic questions such as if I had tattoos that needed to be covered, and then had an in-person interview at the theater to discuss qualifications.

I had a few questions asked over the phone for example, "When was a time I went over and beyond for someone?". They had also asked if I was currently employed and about my most recent job. After answering a few questions I was asked to schedule an in-person interview. They asked about my availability and about some of my past work experiences. I was hired after the interview.

Very easy and straightforward. The questions were typical interview questions. They ask about what you are like and then ask job-related questions. They asked if I had reliable transportation and discussed availability.
