HR representative reached out to me through LinkedIn, based upon my profile. She sent me a link to schedule a phone interview, which I did. One hour before the scheduled interview, I get a system generated message that the interview was canceled. I reached out to her about what happened and she said that the calendar system somehow double booked her. Ok, fine. I asked about rescheduling. At which point, the lady who had REACHED OUT TO ME, ghosted me. If you are going to have someone put aside time in their busy day for an interview and you no long have the position, just say so. Ghosting is never acceptable.
