I was initially contacted by an internal recruiter for the position, and completed a phone screen with questions that helped determine relevant experience for the job. The recruiter scheduled an interview with the VP of HR. He interviewed me for the position, reviewed my resume and went over my years of work experience. He asked questions relating to the position, and gave me an overview of the job requirements and tour of the department.
