I applied online and got contacted shortly after to be invited in for an interview. The management and team were welcoming and friendly. They were very informative about the company and job itself. I then got called in for a second interview and the following week was offered the position. Overall process was 2 weeks, really good experience!

The interview process was not challenging, but there were many red flags. I had a very positive call with their in-house recruiter and was invited for an in-person interview with their co-owner and project director. They were nice enough, but didn't ask many questions about my experience and competencies. They co-owner spent most of the time trying to talk me out of the job, saying that there are high expectations but high rewards if you meet them. I asked on average how many hours people work per week, and he couldn't even give a ballpark figure. The recruiter asked for feedback following the interview. I asked for clarification on the expected number of working hours per week, and was promptly ghosted. If you value work/life balance, this is not the place for you.
