I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HarperCollins (London, England) in July 2019
Interview
The day was principally a tour of the building and the facilities - the interview itself was 15 minutes long and was 5 competency-based questions. The glassdoor reviews for the previous recruitment cycle were very different, so no guarantees it'll be the same next time round. Make sure you prepare competency answers, though.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at HarperCollins in Apr 2017
Interview
You were asked to complete a video interview of four questions, two of which are given to you before the interview. The two prepared questions are allowed 90 seconds to answer, the two unprepared 60. This definitely requires a great deal of preparation, especially as you have very little time to think of your answers and cannot re-record them.
First, there was a video interview.
Second round was an interview with two mid-level employees
Third round was divided into three parts- a group exercise, a individual interview with senior board member and a presentation.
