Harris Federation interview questions

Send in CV, then Day of interviews - presentation of teaching strengths, then Q&A with Head of School, faculty and executive head. Some tough questions but all fair. Good process

Interview was standard and questions were relatively easy. However the recruitment team were very rude and they didn't respond to emails. The hiring manager for the role was better and kept chasing them but the process was ultimately too long and drawn out for me to be able to wait for the formal offer and contract. Very slow process.
