I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Harris Teeter (Arlington, VA) in June 2012
Interview
Applied online, there is a long test you have to take to make sure you are a good honest employee but as long as you're able to read and not an idiot you can pass it. I then met with the store manager who suggested another position to me and offered me the job.
The whole process was easy and fast and paid better than some of the other sections. Was a great job through high school but they work you really hard and reduced staff.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Harris Teeter (North Charleston, SC) in Sept 2019
Interview
It was honestly the most relaxed interview I’ve ever had. I brought everything I needed to the table and it was very personable. I spoke with the store director and a co-Manager and they asked me several questions, I explained what I was currently doing, and why I would like to advance with harris teeter.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Harris Teeter
Interview
I applied online and did not get a call back. I dropped off my resume and cover letter in person and I got a call back in 15 minutes. I had an interview the next day. The person who interviewed me was amazing. I got hired on the spot. Within an hour I received an offer letter via email.
