I completed two technical interview rounds following the initial discussion with the HR representative. The first round was with the hiring manager, and the second round was with the team members associated with the open position. Overall, I found the interview experience to be enjoyable. However, I encountered some unexpected developments in the subsequent weeks. After indicating their interest in moving forward with my candidacy, the recruiter initiated discussions regarding the relocation package. Unfortunately, after more than a week of negotiations, the recruiter informed me that they had decided not to proceed with my relocation. While I appreciate the recruiter's professionalism and regular communication throughout the process, I am unclear about the reasons behind this unexpected outcome.
