Hartmann interview questions

Initial phone screen from HR, she low balled the salary when we were on the phone between $90-$120K even though $120-$130K was posted on the job description on the company website. In person interview was standard, which included a tour of the plant. Told schedule would be 12 hour shifts (2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off) with every other weekend off. Got the impression that the company is trying to improve their image.

Hice 4 entrevistas, la ultima de ellas con el director de planta. Todo el proceso duró un mes. Lamentablemente no recibí respuesta de RRHH (llamé, envié correos...). Es muy feo que después de estar tanto tiempo, y haber pasado todas las fases, no recibiera respuesta.
