Many levels of interviews from HR to hiring manager to many other directors. A lot of questions are related to how well I can work with multiple stakeholders at different levels. Technical competency is important so is how I could demonstrate my success and approach in various situations. Interesting conversation and a lot of experience sharing.

Interview
Initial HR interview via phone, then an in-person interview with supervisor and direct colleagues, second in-person interview which involved preparing a presentation give to same folks as well as additional indirect colleagues.

Interview
The interview process was a bit lengthy. I had four interviews over three weeks. But the interviews were short, and people were incredibly kind and warm throughout. I was looking forward to joining the team, but got to the final round, and they ended up choosing a different candidate. The recruiter made sure to follow up and let me know they had made a decision, which I appreciated.
