Was all online, pretty chill to be honest. I enjoyed chatting with everyone that I spoke with. Lasted about four to five total hours. Then I had some emails back and forth, followed by an online Meyers Briggs style test.

I was converted into the role from intern. It was farely simple for me to do the paperwork and the HR meetings. I spent 3 days in training and then a online mini policy training.
