There was a phone interview which I raced through then I was asked to come into the office and present an interview to the hiring manager and what seemed like the managing director. I felt I gave a really good impression but unfortunately I didn't make the cut. One very important thing to note is that I travelled to this interview which cost a lot in train fares and after asking Harvest Digital they paid for my travel expenses. A really standup move despite not getting the job.
