• 1 hour Engineering Manager Interview (Hiring manager came off as someone with an excellent balance of both EQ and IQ)
• Engineering Panel (2 Engineers)
• Product and Support Panel (1 Product, 1 Customer Support)
• Take-home Project. Use their API to build a small web app. I've done a few variations of take home projects over my career and this was the most reasonable and well defined project scope I've seen.
• Project Demo with the Engineering Manager, VP of Engineering and the two Engineers I interviewed with prior.
• VP of Engineering Interview (He recently joined the team and has unique and relevant experience in the space. Our conversation was relaxed and enjoyable).
