Interview
First stage: In-person interview about experience, background and their ML project. They were assessing whether the applicant can run a project and meet their requirement (more like a meeting between consultant and a client)
Second Stage: Technical interview to assess problem solving and how we apply the technical knowledge to the business by asking questions and giving tasks. No coding was required, and it was focused on how we come up with solutions to the task and how we present them
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1- How do you use AWS for an ML task (don't remember the task)? Which AWS tool?
2- How do you evaluate the business needs? How do you meet those?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Harwin in June 2023
Interview
It was made clear to me that Autistic people are certainly not welcome here. Do not bother applying or attending an interview if you have a disability, as they will make it clear that you're not welcome and they seem to take pleasure in being unpleasant towards you if you're struggling.
The unpleasant attitudes at the early stages certainly make it clear how you'll be treated if you do work there, as it's clear there is zero support and understanding for Autistic people in their company. An absolutely awful and upsetting experience.
