HashiCorp Solutions Engineer interview questions

I was given five minutes notice for two of the four interview stages (scheduled on the same morning). I didn't know until the first interviewer started sending me text messages as I was dropping my son off at nursery. I had to take the interview calls in the car. Rejected at third stage (panel). Feedback was contradictory, the lead interviewer thanked me and said my presentation was great, feedback from the recruitment team suggested otherwise and that my presentation on the generic customer example was too generic. Interviewers were polite, courteous and knowledgable, but the disorganised process and poor communication has put me off applying for Hashicorp again.

HR never showed up, not email to say if meeting was delayed, cancelled, completed went ghost. Very unprofessional, and waste of time. It is for me a red flag. Avoid.
