The CSA interview was done twice, smooth process and very understanding interviewer that you eventually meet when you resume and will like the work environment. Though you have limited time for the interview but i believe the available time is definitely enough for the task

there was about 4 interviewers, all of whom were not as smart as myself. One of them I realised after a few months of working was just a new starter at the time of my interview LMAO. Anyway I need to make up the word count in here so I sincerely hope that everyone gets a better job than a customer service advisor at hastings lol
