They will do basic telephonic interview and call to the office for 1st round if get selected 2nd round will be through online. Bangalore office is very congested. They will onboard under third party payroll like Quess crop or others. Employees have to work for Hathway but interviews will taken by directly Hathway company only. Literally i don't like Bangalore office because in small space around 70 people were seated.
