Hattons Model Railways interview questions

Various tests online followed up with an interview. Some of the tests online were challenging due to the nature of the tests. However I was invited to attend an interview after the results. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by 2 members of staff who were very friendly and put me at ease prior to the interview. The interview consisted of a lot of questions on my previous experience of dealing with various situations and was conducted in a friendly and relaxed fashion. I was shown around the office and warehouse with an explanation of the procedures from placing an order through to delivery to the customer. The interview team made me feel very welcome and relaxed from the start to the finish of the interview. I was informed at the end of the interview a decision would be made by the end of the following week.
