I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Haven (UK)
Interview
2 stage interview with hiring manager and another head of department. Interview and scheduling was good. However, to receive any form of feedback or decision on the outcome was challenging… required constant messages, emails and calls to the recruiter.

Interview
Pretty easy all told just be yes person and you will probably get it. Good people interviewed me very easy. Would say I needed the job so I could be biased for this position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Haven (UK) in July 2023
Interview
An initial call after being scouted by a recruiter, a first stage interview, a design task and a final interview to present the design task. The design task given didn't seem well crafted for the interview process, as it was for a very specific and current UX problem that the business was trying to solve. This was the first red flag, as the task felt like working for free. I spent 3 hours of my personal time on the task to then be reprimanded in the final interview for not spending more hours on it (there was no specified amount of time recommended to spend on the brief) - I found this to be unprofessional and it was another instant red flag. The tone of the interview felt very critical without being constructive. Some of the comments made weren't what I'd expect to hear from a professional, especially in an interview. However, it gave me a good insight of what it might be like working there.
