The interview process was extremely lengthy and a waste of time. I was told to come in on three or four separate occasions before being rejected for the job. Step one is taking their entrance exam. Step two is creating a project, Step three is a panel interview. Step four is talking in front of a classroom of students and I do mean just talking. They tell you to sit there and speak to the students so be prepared for this beforehand because it's a little awkward if you haven't prepared anything to say. This is all for 15/hr btw.
