- one way interview - They asked a few questions about previous experience and a few tennis related questions
- psychometric testing - looked for outgoing people who would fit in with the company
- assessment centre - a few team building exercises and a presentation on a new idea
- final interview - face to face interview asking about experience, how you deal with certain situations etc
