Hawkeye Hotels interview questions

When I interviewed with Hawkeye Hotels they asked lots of questions about my experience with processes and daily tasks as well as handling problems on a daily basis and how I handled and resolved each one.

Completed first interview with hiring manager and second interview with hiring manager and VP. Found hiring manager to be professional and warm, while VP was brisk and condescending. Employer didn’t extend the professional courtesy to let me know I wasn’t selected, which is pretty unacceptable in today’s climate and indicative of an unsophisticated company. Feel like I dodged a bullet here and that the culture would have been a poor fit. The large amount of negative reviews seem to fit my experience with this employer.
