The interview is of 3 round.
All the rounds are discussion f2f online rounds as normal questions were asked
It took a week to complete the interview process.The HR and the team lead were very polite.

First is screening round where they will check your communication skills
Second is technical round. Here they will ask all the work related questions to check your knowledge.
Third will be where you will have an interview with your reporting managers.

They were many things told as benefits and about work/life balance but the reality was far away from it even without asking the specific skills of the candidate. Worst place to come to as a fresher or even as an experienced.
