Face to face interview
The process took a long time i didn't receive a reply from the team.
The assignment itself was of an average dificulty.
Pros: they seemed to be willing to make accomodationa for disabled employees.
Applied on their website, got a mail from someone named Ayesha bhatia (who just recently graduated in 2021 as per their LinkedIn/not even a proper HR).
They sent a lengthy 3Q assignment that I submitted within three days to which they responded back with "..will get back to you" and it's been over a week but I haven't heard back once and it's obvious I won't ever.
It's very unethical to make people do lengthy assignments (inconsiderable of all the research and time that goes into it) only to ghost them in the end.
Tells a lot about company's culture and the kind of people that run things there..guess I dodged a bullet.
It was an easy and simple process. At each point, the person representing the company was helpful and very approachable. The interviews in itself were fun and conversations were interesting.
