i was campus placed from college,interview process took 2 days . first day was written test and second day group discussion,technical round and HR round.in group discussion any current topic is given, technical round consists of puzzles,some programming question and about yourself the written is time bound paper so you have to be quick in solving the questions.

On campus drive. First of all, an aptitude test conducted by CoCubes. Aptitude questions contains, Quant, DI , Reasoning and English. People clearing the aptitude test, go for a group discussion. GD is done in a group of 10 people. A simple topic is given, and the group has to discuss on it for 10 mins. Then every one is given 1 min time to conclude. People clearing GD go for a technical followed by an HR interview. In technical interview, some simple technical questions from your engineering background are asked. And, interviewers look for problem solving skills, by asking some puzzles. A number of questions from ones resume are being asked. The interviewers, and the people in Headstrong are very friendly and helpful in nature. In the HR round simple HR questions are being asked. Overall the process is not so difficult to crack. Although, getting into headstrong through off-campus is really very difficult. All the very best.
