Everyone was polite and nice, however, I believe that 4 stages of the interview are quite a lot. You're repeating the same information about yourself to 4 different people, it's very time-consuming, especially including the test task.

After applying, I received a very quick interview invitation. In the first round, the recruiter spent around 20 minutes describing the company and the role, leaving only ~10 minutes for questions about my background. It felt a bit rushed and didn’t give much room to discuss my fit or clarify expectations
