The interview process was by phone and a second interview over the internet. I was contacted 1 day before the job was set to happen and not sent any documentation that I was officially workingfor this company until the job was almost finished.

The interview process was very easy and straight forward. Dionte emailed me to schedule a phone interview and included lots of useful information about the position. Unfortunately, the job description did not mention that the position required me to walk up to strangers houses and convince them to participate in a study. This felt unsafe and bound to be unsuccessful, given how few contacted people actually participate in research studies. For these reasons I declined the job offer. Overall I enjoyed the honest interview and can’t hold the study requirements against the hiring company.
