I received a call internally from a recruiter. I was told that they don't do phone screens and if I was interested I would need to come in person for the first interview which isn't respectful of peoples time especially that already work in order to find out further details about the position and ensure it was worth everyone's time. I go in for the in person downtown Chicago and they only scheduled for 30min which is barely enough to get through anything. It was a 3 person panel interview. I was told at the end they would make a decision based on that for the position by end of that week. The following week i received another email from a different internal recruiter saying they wanted to bring me in for another interview. I was very hesitant and didn't understand why they didn't have a good process for the interview process. So I decided to take a chance on the 2nd round and go downtown again which is another day of paying $30 for parking. I find out they just wanted to ask 10 behavioral questions. Surely they could have scheduled a conference call for that or extended the 1st interview to get it all in. So they were not very respectful of people's time especially that work.
