I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Health IQ (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Phone screen first, then an onsite interview with the head of a department and an observation with someone who is in role. Final interview was a presentation in front of CEO and heads of multiple departments about my past accomplishments. This part was intimidating but a good experience - made me evaluate what I wanted to share and delve deeper into what I wanted in a role. The recruiter I worked with was wonderful, and she made sure that I had details about every step of the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Health IQ (San Diego, CA) in July 2018
Interview
I applied with Health IQ for a client success role. My recruiter contacted me the same day and her communication remained transparent at all times. She updated me throughout the whole process so I wasn’t left guessing. The interview process itself was one of the more difficult and lengthy processes I have been through. They are really trying to ensure you are the right fit for the position and team. Your interview also includes an Arc of accomplishments which highlights accomplishments you have made throughout your life in a presentation. Overall it seems like a great company who really wants to ensure the position you are applying for is something you will enjoy and thrive in.
